Foundation House at Northgate (FHN) is a non-profit company that has been providing assisted living and independent living services since 1997. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, FHN will be closing its doors on September 30, 2021, for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021, for independent living facilities. Despite the closure, FHN remains committed to the health and well-being of its residents and will work with them and their families to ensure a smooth transition to alternative living arrangements. During this time, FHN will continue to provide exceptional service and care to its residents.
